ECM monitor

The ECM monitor shows what ECM-Connect has archived and where something got stuck. It is the first place to look when a document does not appear in the archive or a processing run failed.

What is this for?

• Trace archiving runs and spot failures.
• Control how many documents are shown and how long log entries are kept.

How to set it up

1. Open the monitor from the ECM-Connect menu.
2. Review the list of processing runs and open the conspicuous entries.
3. Use DOCMONITOROFFSET to define how many documents are shown.
4. Use DOCMONITORRETENSION to define how long log entries are kept.
